Latest Malware Injection for Android Mobiles

According to a shocking revelation from Symantec, as many as five million Android users have fallen victim to a malware attack. The company calls it the biggest Android malware outbreak so far.

Speaking to ComputerWorld, the company identified 13 applications from three developers, which are said to be the origin of the malware attack. The Symantec Antivirus Hacking Scandal - Hype prevails over Science?

Symantec’s Norton Online Protection Application: You can see their big-bucks advertisements on your TV almost any night of the week. And find their costly ads in popular newspapers everywhere. They are all over the r / c, Online and display world. Making big statements, and even bigger guarantees.

No question about it. For decades, Norton has used large numbers on its marketing. Marketing the brilliance of its Online Protection items fully, generously and often.

All while declining to create — it is now clear — the kind of leading side technological innovation their ads stated they had!

This is a cautionary story about what happens when Buzz dominates over Technology.

On Wednesday, Jan 17, 2012, Symantec, parents or guardian company of Norton, hesitantly declared that online hackers had won in taking it resource value – or plan – for Norton Online Protection, Norton Computer virus Business Version, Norton GoBack, Norton Resources and pcAnywhere.

This earth quake of an statement holds repeating: The greatest name and globe's most strongly marketed Online Protection items said that its own computer systems were treated by the very online hackers they have told us all their top-notch technological innovation prevents cold!

And when did this robbery occur? In 2006. Six decades ago!

By Wednesday mid-day, Reuters Technology and Technology Manager Jim Finkle had revealed that, “Companies generally intensely secure their resource value, which is considered the title treasure of most software creators. The reason for all the secrecy is that companies worry challenges could use the value to decide the key marinade behind their technological innovation, and that online hackers could use it to plan problems.”

Now we can expect the same statements from other hype antivirus also except a few like COMODO antivirus who believes in science rather than hype!! which is well proved by Matousec, the most venerable, independent and trusted Internet Security Software tester.

Can your Antivirus handle 50,000 New Viruses/Day on Internet?

Only 40% of us could identify a virus as the source of our computers’ problems is frightening. Why? Because the truth is, far more than 40% of computer users in America today DON’T attribute slow PC, a freeze, a crash, blue screen, compromised document integrity or identity theft to a virus. Instead, tragically, most American PC users today naively assume that they’ve simply…..BROKEN THEIR COMPUTER!

Which is why Consumer Reports also noted that we Americans actually “toss out and replace” over 2,000,000 computers every year!

Cue the communal scream!!!

That’s two million $300 to $500 investments trashed every year. When it’s very likely that a five dollar to seventy dollar Antivirus Software Product could have completely restored what millions of unsophisticated PC users thought they “broke.”

And THAT is why I want you to print this out and hand it to one of the 99%.

Actually, what I’m imploring you to help me do is “enlighten” them. Make them aware of the fact that more than 50,000 new viruses are devised and launched onto the Web every day. That it’s these scurrilous files that infiltrate millions of computers, causing slow PC, freezes, crashes, blue screens, corrupt and missing documents and ID thefts. That the odds they’ve “broken” their PC are low. And the odds they could restore it just by installing top-notch Antivirus Protection is high.

And then – and only then, if you decide it’s appropriate to do so — you might just add the fact that there is ONLY ONE Antivirus Software out there that’s so confident in its ability to stop each day’s hoard of 50,000 new viruses from infiltrating their PC, that it comes with a $500 Virus-Free Guarantee.
Guess whose.
